What to include

• What happened and approximately when
• The service or page involved
• Whether anyone requested money, credentials, false information, or a percentage of benefits
• Any immediate safety, privacy, discrimination, accessibility, or VA-representation concern
• How we may contact you, if you want a response

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full medical files, or unredacted identity documents. Complaints are restricted from routine case notes and handled under the applicable review process. No outcome is promised.
