What Patriot Haven is, what we do, and what we don't do.

1. What Patriot Haven Is

Patriot Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides administrative case organization, general process education, and referral services to U.S. veterans. We are not a law firm, VSO, or accredited representative of any kind.

2. What We Do Not Provide

By using Patriot Haven, you acknowledge and agree that we do not provide: legal advice of any kind; VA claims strategy or recommendation; eligibility determinations; rating predictions or interpretations; medical advice; or representation before the VA or any other body.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own claim decisions. All information provided through Patriot Haven is for organizational and general awareness purposes only. For advice specific to your situation, you must work with an accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent.

4. Use of Service

Patriot Haven is provided free of charge to U.S. veterans. You agree to provide accurate information during intake. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access other veterans' case data.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Patriot Haven is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Patriot Haven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
